Established in Sep. 2010, located in the east area of Sanmenxia economic development area, Henan Suda Electric Vehicle Technology Co., ltd (Suda) mainly engages in the R&D, manufacture and sales of new energy battery electric vehicles (BEV).
Suda maintains extensive technical exchange and cooperation with many scientific research institutes at home and abroad, and have gathered hundreds of experts and scholars in the new-energy vehicle field led by Xie Boyou from Academy of Engineering, Professor Cao Binggang, Doctor Ma Mingtu, Doctor Li Fuhuo, Senior Engineer Zhang Xifu, and whole vehicle R&D and production team composed of professionals in the scientific research, strategic program, product strategy and marketing fields. The Common Technology R&D Center of the Battery Electric Vehicle has been build as the only enterprise of Henan Province got official approval, and the R&D and production system has already been well-established.
The permanent magnet synchronous motor/wheel hub motor, drive and energy-regenerated controller, and energy management system (as the three new-energy vehicle key components) are fully developed, designed and produced by Suda, and the vehicle system integration has been fully tested and completely complies with relevant regulations and driving requirements. Suda also has its design and development process and standards which base on real cars and are applied to EV, possesses the capabilities of aluminum alloy light weight design development, whole vehicle platform design development and NVH performance development, and has set on a technical benchmark in the new-energy vehicle field. Suda EV adopts inteational platform design idea and has great technical advantage compared with same-level vehicles. It aims to develop a variety of models covering the whole customer markets with different consumption level. On March 28th, 2017, the annual production of 100,000 Suda EV was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). On January 4th, 2019, Suda EV officially won production qualification from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China (MIIT).
Suda takes “Suda Technology, Benefit of Mankind” as its mission, and “Solve Energy Science Problems, Make Green Revolution” as its duty. Currently, the inteational cultural and economic exchange program of the Blue Container on the New Silk Road - the Belt and Road Initiative with Suda involved in and as one sponsor is moving ahead in an orderly manner, which is definitely an implementation of the One Belt One Road macro-strategy initiated by Chinese president Xi Jinping. Suda actively organizes Chinese private enterprises to participate in the program, and helps them to realize the Go Globally strategy. Based on the land platform of the new silk road and the Asian-European railway, the program covers 11 countries (including 27 districts and cities), and aims to build a cultural and economic interchange platform with co-prosperity, thus achieve win-win cooperation and cultural blending among those countries.
Suda is planning to produce 500,000 sets of the three BEV core components and 100,000 BEV annually. The project is programmed to invest 5,000,000,000 RMB covering an area of 3500 mu. It will be implemented in three stages: the first stage occupies 705 mu with gross building area over 220,000 square meters, and is planned to complete the BEV production base construction for the three core components and 100,000 BEV production, including equipment for stamping, welding, coating, assembling and other supporting facilities; the second stage occupies 1,500 mu and plans finish the construction of world-class EV test center; the third stage occupies 1,295 mu and plans to finish the base construction for new-energy vehicle key components and EV industry chain and the distributing center. After the project is completed, it’s estimated that the annual output will reach 35,600,000,000 RMB with tax profit of 7,000,000,000 RMB. It will also integrate many related enterprises enter the production, indirectly achieve output value of more than 100,000,000,000 RMB, and attract about 20,000 workforce.
